ICFOSS and Space joinly organising a Workshop for forming a learning group on 'Machine Learning and free software'. Enthusiast from industries and educational institutions are participating. We have planned our first meeting on July 3 and prior to that we are conducting a 2 day machine learning workshop for beginners on July 1,2.

Workshop will start at July 1 morning 10:30. Any interested one can participate. It mainly contain 4 sessions
i. Introduction to ML, classification and regression
ii. A sample classification/regression problem. Hands on
iii. Introduction to Natural Language Processing, Challenges in Malayalam
iv. Doing Some examples in NLP

Instructions for the attendies
1,Workshop attentees should have a basic knowledge to use GNU/Linux operating systems  (Ubuntu, Mint, Debian, ..etc).
2,Atentees should bring their own Laptops with any GNU/Linux based OS installed.(If you don't have a Linux laptop you can request, we will provide you one for the workshop)​
3,Every participants must register for the event. Registration form  will be closed on June 29, 11:59 PM.
