Women Hackathon “Xplora-WINHACK” 2023
International Centre for Free and Open Source Solutions (ICFOSS), is proud to announce the Xplora-WINHACK 2023 (XWH-23) Women Hackathon for the first time, in collaboration with Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala, Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) and Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM). This is a 30 Hour, coding challenge event, that takes place on 25th & 26th February 2023. The hackathon provides a unique opportunity for girl students and women in technology to connect, collaborate, and unleash their creativity to devise innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
"We are thrilled to provide a platform for girl students and women in technology to showcase their skills and collaborate on meaningful projects. This event is a step towards bridging the gender gap in the tech industry and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Participants will have the opportunity to work on projects related to Mobile Application, Responsive Website and GIS Mapping . They will also receive mentorship from industry leaders and have access to cutting-edge technology and resources.
Note: Priority consideration will be given to participants, who have previously attended our residential camps conducted as a part of the Gender & Technology Program of ICFOSS.
The top teams from each problem statements will be rewarded with first & second cash prizes worth of Rs. 20,000 & Rs.10,000

Phase 1 Evaluation & Publication of Results: 21st February 2023
